TERMS & CONDITIONS

PLEASE ORDER WISELY as ALL returned items are subject to TERMS AND CONDITIONS. Please NOTE original shipping charges are non-refundable and the cost of the return is at your own expense

Returned Items that are to be EXCHANGED for a different size ‘IF’ available, is and will be applicable to additional POSTAGE CHARGES.

If you need to return an item… We ONLY accept returns on merchandise that have not been worn, still have the tag attached and in its original packaging undamaged. We do not accept returns on items that were ordered more than 7 days from the invoice date. Please understand that each return is dealt with on an individual basis.

  • We DO NOT accept returns on any worn items or items without tags still attached.
  • We DO NOT accept returns, give refunds, give exchanges or store credits on ANY PRODUCT PURCHASED ‘ON SALE/REDUCED PRICE/DISCOUNTED PRICE’, so PLEASE choose wisely and check the size charts applicable to the Brand/s you are purchasing on ‘sale price’ on the website SIZE CHART TAB/LINK.
  • We do not accept returns on any items that were ordered over 7 days from invoice date.
  • We do not accept returns on ANY WHITE items.
  • If an item is sent back and does not have a tag, was worn, or ordered over 7 days after invoice date we will not issue a refund and we WILL NOT RETURN the item back to you.
  • STORE CREDIT will NOT be converted to a REFUND…!
  • GYM AND FITNESS FASHION RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DECLINE A RETURN REQUEST ON USED MERCHANDISE THAT IS NOT IN A CONDITION DEEMED ACCEPTABLE. HAS ODOUR, BEEN WASHED, WORN OR STRETCHED/

 Send all Returns and Exchanges using the address on the Return Authorisation Form.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

If the customer fails to provide a receipt of purchase, GYM AND FITNESS FASHION reserves the right to refuse store credit or a refund for the item. GYM AND FITNESS FASHION are not liable if any losses are incurred when returning your item back for replacement IF you do not supply GYM AND FITNESS FASHION WITH A TRACKING NUMBER. The item is the customer’s responsibility until it is received back to our warehouse. The item will be subject to inspection upon arrival, if deemed to be unfit for return (worn, washed or used in any way or falls outside our given time frame for returns), your item will be refused and returned to sender at yours/the customer’s expense….!

Please note: By returning your items, you, the customer have acknowledged and agreed to cover any costs involved in order to receive store credit refund or exchange for the value of your goods. This means you will only receive a store credit to repurchase your returned item and you the customer will be required to cover any costs involved in order to reship your goods. We are not the couriers and cannot be held liable for any costs which are incurred in using their services.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items and will not refund or reship any orders lost or stolen. If your order is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier indicated on your shipping confirmation tracking number and file a claim with them.
