This delicious energy recipe will be a great addition to your breakfast, morning menu before sweating at the gym, spin classes, hiking, cardio or whatever your chosen exercise is, this recipe will boost your energy.

INGREDIENTS

  • Add one small banana,
  • 1 1/4 cups unsweetened almond milk,
  • 1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt to a bowl and stir together until it’s creamy and combined.
  • Next add in about 12 blueberries & 6 diced strawberries,
  • one cup of oats,
  • and a tablespoon of chia seed.
  • Divide into 2 parfait jars or bowls, cover, and leave in the fridge overnight.
  • When you’re ready to eat, add a tablespoon of almond butter and a few extra banana slices or blue berries, strawberries to the top.
